Hi, I’m Tynesha N. Frazier —a passionate administrative professional, transformational leader, and entrepreneur. With over a "decade and a half" of hands-on experience in the allied healthcare industry, I’ve built my career around helping people and organizations navigate change and thrive. I’ve also developed a strong background in office administration and project leadership.

Through my business, I help professionals and organizations who are ready to grow with purpose. I offer leadership coaching, business consulting, professional development and continuing education workshops, and administrative project support—all designed to bring clarity, structure, and strategic momentum to your journey.

She brings over 15 years of experience in the allied healthcare industry, with a background as a Licensed Optician and Certified Contact Lens Technician. She is also a seasoned Office Administrator and Project Manager. As Founder and Managing Owner of TNFrazier Enterprises, LLC, she offers leadership coaching, business consulting, professional development and continuing education workshops, as well as administrative support to professionals and organizations.
